Research shows that listening to music reduces anxiety, lowers blood pressure and decreases stress hormones.
3. DRINK WATER
Hydration keeps your body temperature and electrolyte levels balanced. 8 to 10 (8 oz) glasses a day is best.
4. EXERCISE
Yes. that! The good news is that any exercisemakes you feel more energetic by stimulatingthat good dopamine.
5. DO A RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS
Mom was right! Being kind to others is good for the soul!
