Last July, Aimee and Tyson were married in a small church in Michigan. Aimee dreamed that there would be flowers everywhere. When she received the estimate from a local florist, it was far more than they could afford. Aimee came to Hues in Harmony Florals looking for a more affordable solution, so that she really could have everything she wanted. After talking with Aimee and showing her samples of potential pieces, we were able to put together an array of colorful and natural pieces. We created buckets full of flowers used on the pews and then the tables as centerpieces. At the end of the evening, all of the centerpieces were given to their aunts for their homes. We also designed a large garland piece that was used outside on the church stairs and then on the head table. Daisy covered wreaths were hung throughout the church and then used to decorate the reception hall. For a price that fit into Aimee and Tyson’s budget, they had the details that made their country wedding complete.
While Jessica was finishing her Masters degree in Arizona, she heard about Hues In Harmony Florals through a friend. She was being married the following year and knew preparations would be challenging while attending college out of state. We met with Jessica and her mom to discuss her requests and options for her wedding flowers. We agreed to send her samples and prototypes of the designs we created for her dream day for approval.
After Kristen and Brett got engaged, Kristen knew exactly what she wanted for her wedding color theme. It was the perfect shade of dusty purple she had envisioned for a long time. And she knew exactly what flowers she wanted too. There was only one problem; one of her very best friends she had asked to stand up to her wedding was allergic to real flowers. When she heard about Hues in Harmony’s “natural touch” silk flowers, she knew the possibilities were endless. At the consultation, she explained to us every flower she wanted in her bouquet as well as the bridesmaids and boutonnieres; down to the purple orchid per the groom’s request. She was thrilled to see all of her flowers long before the wedding day, just as she had dreamed.
